Dues and Fees

The annual dues, as approved by the RESC membership, are:

  • Family Unit: $945
  • Two-person household (both members must be 18 years of age or older): $725
  • Single-adult household: $500
  • Senior Special (for qualified certificate-holders age 65 and up): $205 per each member of the household who qualify for the Senior Special
  • Non-resident caregiver fee: $100

A waiver of Annual Dues for inactive members may be granted for up to two consecutive seasons at a rate of $195 per season.

  • New members of Regency Estates Swim Club must pay, upon joining:
  • A non-refundable Initiation Fee of $350.
  • A Membership Certificate of $1,000. New members can choose to:
  • Purchase a certificate from RESC for $1,000 (the certificate may be paid in four yearly installments but voting rights are not extended until the certificate is paid in full); or
  • Purchase a certificate directly from a resigned member (please note: RESC does not facilitate the sale of certificates between parties).
  • Yearly dues according to member type as listed above.
