RESERVING A PARTY AT THE POOL

What better way to celebrate a kid’s birthday or other special event by renting the black top and picnic table area or perhaps the shady pavilion? The pool is available for your event!

FOR BLACK TOP/PICNIC TABLE AREA PARTIES FOR UNDER 30 PEOPLE:

  • A non-refundable fee of $200 is required to reserve the blacktop and/or picnic tables for parties and functions.
  • Payment in full is required at time of reservation.
  • The number of guests for the event cannot exceed 30.
  • The event is limited to 3 hours.

FOR PAVILION

  • A non-refundable fee of $400 is required to reserve the Pavilion for parties and functions.
  • Payment in full is required at time of reservation.
  • The number of guests for the event cannot exceed 30.
  • The event is limited to 3 hours.

FOR PARTIES OVER 30 PEOPLE:

  • A non-refundable fee of $100 is required to reserve the area of choice (blacktop/picnic tables or pavilion).
  • A fee flat fee of $500 is required for large parties. This fee will cover the cost of management, lifeguards (2-3 depending on number of swimmers) and use of facilities.

The party charges will be invoiced to your member account. All balances on your account must be paid in full by the 1st of each month.
